Business Development Representative

At South Inc, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments with potential customers in your assigned territory. This is a face-to-face interaction role that requires strong communication skills, energy, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
We offer an hourly pay rate plus a generous bonus structure for successful appointments and sales generated from those appointments. Our average compensation package ranges from $18-$30 per hour. You will also have opportunities to participate in weekly team nights and networking events with top professionals in the industry.
Key qualifications for this role include possessing excellent communication skills, being a team player, having great discipline and work ethic without needing micromanagement, and being able to work independently.
