Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transportation Monitor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our students while on board our buses.

Responsibilities

  • Student Safety and Well-being
    • Monitor the behavior and welfare of students on board the bus
    • Communicate any concerns or issues with the driver
  • Bus Maintenance and Safety
    • Assist with pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
    • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the driver or management
  • Student Support and Assistance
    • Assist students with loading and unloading the bus
    • Provide support and guidance to students as needed
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with drivers, school personnel, and parents
    • Collaborate with the driver and other staff members to ensure a safe and smooth ride
