We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Monitor/Aide to join our team. As a Monitor/Aide, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students on our buses, while also assisting drivers with pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor student behavior and report any issues to the driver
  • Assist with pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
  • Help students load and unload from the bus
  • Communicate with school personnel, students, and parents as needed
  • Attend safety and training meetings
