Sales and Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at M/I Homes, you will be responsible for communicating with potential homebuyers, scheduling appointments, and transitioning leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with electronic and phone leads, including follow-up calls to assess preferences and needs
- Schedule appointments with New Home Consultants at preferred communities
- Transition leads into sales, utilizing strong sales and customer service skills
Requirements:
- Associate's degree preferred, but not required
- Equivalent training in sales and marketing, or minimum one year of customer service experience
- Self-motivated with persuasive and customer-service oriented personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
