Job Summary:

About the Position:

This full-time role offers a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, as well as 401K and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach and care for a group of toddlers in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
  • Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field
  • 3 years of experience working with children, preferably in a lead teacher role
