About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Wound Care Specialist to join our team in North Wales, Pennsylvania.

Job Description

This is an ongoing opportunity for a compassionate professional to provide wound care services to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care, including wound management and supportive interventions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on wound care, self-management, and overall health.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An active license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA.
  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
  • A calm and reassuring presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
