Child Development Specialist Needed

The Malvern School is seeking a Child Development Specialist to join our team in the Infant classroom. This is a full-time position requiring a strong passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a high-quality learning environment.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of a high-quality early childhood education program that aligns with Malvern School's philosophy and policies. You will maintain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class and communicate regularly with parents to meet their expectations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of a curriculum that meets NAEYC standards.

Requirements:
- High school diploma and at least 18 years old
- At least 2,500 hours (1 year, 4 months) of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility or 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1,250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility
- Commitment to pursuing a CDA (Child Development Associate) or a degree in the field

Compensation Package:
A competitive salary ($45,000 - $55,000 per year), medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, 401K, holiday pay, paid time off, unlimited referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and bonus incentives.
