Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Education Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising Vietnamese families on independent school opportunities in the UK, US, Australia, and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the study abroad system, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with prospective students and their families to provide guidance on studying in the UK, US, Australia, and Canada.
  • Coordinate with the Admissions team to support students during the university application and entry visa process.
  • Communicate with universities via email and phone calls regarding student admission status and progress.
  • Accurately and timely update student applications on the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement strategies to attract potential students.
  • Attend training and educational exhibitions of our partnerships.
  • Translate documents and interpret at university seminars, interviews, and exhibitions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder (study abroad experience is an advantage).
  • Understanding of the study abroad system.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in counseling or sales in the education or study abroad industry.
  • Knowledge of immigration policies and visa processes is an advantage.
  • Strong sales ability to maintain and widen customer relationships.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and target.
