About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Researcher:
    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, interpret findings, and draw meaningful conclusions.
    • Conduct research studies that synthesize complex ideas into actionable advice for partners.
  • Project Management:
    • Support managing partner processes on time, including scheduling interviews, completing data analysis, and creating presentations.
    • Meet deadlines to deliver high-quality project deliverables.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage processes related to partner-facing events and deliverables.
  • Communication and Delivery:
    • Write and edit clear internal and external deliverables, including reports and presentations.
    • Support the storyboarding of partner-facing presentations to communicate research findings.
    • Communicate ideas clearly using executive-focused language and tone.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2+ years of corporate work experience, or a graduate degree with at least 1 year of corporate work experience.
  • Experience preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with at least two of the following: management consulting, project management, long-term research, or creating data-based deliverables.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Experience working with DE&I issues in a consulting or research setting.
  • Experience working in a team environment and as an individual contributor.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits

EAB offers a competitive and inclusive benefits package, including a salary range of $44,000 - $65,000 per year, and discretionary bonus or incentive compensation.
