Position Summary

We are seeking an Influencer Manager to play a vital role in our New York office, collaborating with top-tier clients on their go-to-market strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Making strategic decisions regarding creator partnerships for our tier-one clients, including selection and collaboration methods.
  • Leading the overall strategy with your team, focusing on creative and marketing innovation.
  • Managing client relationships and seeking opportunities to enhance client performance metrics.
  • Providing insights on best practices for digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Communicating strategic decisions to clients and internal stakeholders, whether in pitch formats or during regular meetings.
  • Utilizing data and insights to develop key creator recommendations, presenting them in a compelling manner.
  • Overseeing a team of Influencer Managers and Executives, continuously enhancing our influencer services.
  • Responding to requests for proposals, positioning our agency as a leader in the influencer marketing domain.
  • Ensuring exceptional service delivery to both creators and clients, maintaining clear communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Coordinating creator campaigns, ensuring timely content management and approvals.
  • Collaborating with third parties to secure creator talent, with a focus on contract management aligned with deadlines.

Stage One (30 mins)

Getting Acquainted

An informal discussion where you can inquire about the role and learn more about our agency, followed by three key questions:

Stage Two (One hour - face-to-face if possible)

Delving Deeper

An interview with two team members focusing on your skills and relevant experience. Potential questions may include:

  • What challenges have you encountered in influencer management, and how did you address them?
  • In your view, what is the key to motivating and engaging a team of influencer managers?
  • Describe a project you managed, detailing the brief, process, and outcome.

Stage Three (One hour - face-to-face required)

Final Assessment

A task and presentation in front of the interviewers from the previous stages. This will assess:

  • Your pitching abilities and professional communication style.
  • Your capacity to create visually engaging pitch materials.
  • Your understanding of data and insights; we will provide the necessary data for this task.

The task will involve developing a launch strategy for a product using influencers, and we are looking for a proposal that excites us about the prospect of working together.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000
