Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Lead for Racial and Economic Justice Initiatives. This critical position will focus on advancing health equity and addressing systemic barriers to healthcare access and quality. As Lead for Racial and Economic Justice Initiatives, you will oversee key projects, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to policy recommendations aimed at promoting health equity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement projects to advance health equity and address systemic barriers
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and healthcare providers
  • Contribute to policy recommendations and advocacy efforts to promote health equity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate health equity into clinical operations and education

Requirements:
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., public health, social work, business administration)
* 5+ years of experience in health equity, racial justice, or a related field
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
* Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive collective impact

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000, depending on experience.
