Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Business Banking Credit Risk Policy and Oversight team. As a key member of our Risk Management function, you will be responsible for developing and managing credit risk management policies and overseeing the implementation of our credit risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage credit risk management policies and procedures for the Business Banking segment.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to business stakeholders on credit risk management practices and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address credit risk management gaps and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to credit risk management.
  • Provide strategic input to business decisions and recommendations to senior leaders.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in credit risk management, risk management, or a related field.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Expert knowledge of credit risk management, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
