Your Mission

We're seeking a talented Pool Lounge Server to join our team. As a Server, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service, listening to and communicating with guests, and delivering food and beverage items with a smile. If you're enthusiastic, have a passion for making people happy, and can work well with others, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Learn and retain food and beverage knowledge
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders
  • Use excellent communication skills with guests and staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Clear tables and carry plates to the dishwashing area
  • Execute fabulous guest service
  • Prepare basic beverages and describe food dishes to guests
  • Be a team player
Requirements
  • Lift and carry 30 lbs and stand for periods of 8-10 hours
  • Work with others like a rock star and advocate for guests
  • Communicate clearly in verbal and written English
  • Comply with safety and health department procedures and state and federal laws
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance
  • Bend, squat, and stretch in areas of limited space
  • Adhere to hotel policies
Background
  • Current ability to work in the United States
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • High school or equivalent education preferred
  • Food Service Handler Card and TIPS certification
  • Preferred: 1-2 years' experience in a full-service hospitality establishment
