Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Lounge Server to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience in our lounge area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and professional beverage and food services to all guests in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Present drinks and food orders to the bartender and kitchen personnel, respectively, and ensure timely delivery to our guests.
  • Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables as needed and maintain a clean and organized station.
  • Process guest payments and provide change as necessary, while promoting Caesars Rewards programs and card membership.
  • Work closely with the Caesars Rewards Center to promote new card sign-up programs and casino events.
  • Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed, in accordance with guidelines and PRIDE certification.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to present change correctly and have knowledge of guest charge procedures.
  • Familiarity with tray service, food menu, and cocktail ingredients.
  • Completed PRIDE certification prior to first shift.
  • Ability to carry tray and stand for long periods.
