We are excited to offer a challenging opportunity for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Technology Search Group, Inc. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional patient experiences through effective communication, organization, and coordination of care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet patients warmly and ensure a comfortable environment.
  2. Manage appointment scheduling to optimize audiologists' time and accommodate patients' needs.
  3. Accurately maintain patient records, upholding confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
  4. Coordinate insurance verification, obtaining necessary authorizations when required.
  5. Collect necessary documentation and information to prepare patients for their appointments.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients regarding hearing aid options and treatment plans as instructed by the audiologist.
Requirements:
  • Secondary education qualification; preference given to those with higher education qualifications in healthcare administration.
  • Relevant work experience in healthcare settings, preferably within audiology or similar fields.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and scheduling software.
  • Understanding of medical billing and insurance practices.
  • Patient-centric attitude with a focus on empathy and understanding.
Compensation Package: Estimated Annual Salary: $55,000 - $75,000
