Job Title: Facilities Manager

ReVision Energy is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily warehouse, inventory, and inventory management required to support our installation efforts while creating a workspace that inspires and unleashes the potential of our co-owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Local Inventory Administration and Management: Determine and maintain minimum and maximum stock quantities, create and maintain effective storage solutions, and analyze the installation schedule to ensure inventory needs meet daily, weekly, and longer-term product demands across multiple technologies.
  • Local Branch Purchasing: Acquire small and major components, enter data into inventory software and CRM, fulfill last-minute requests for materials, conduct end-of-month inventory, and acquire and administer specialty tools and materials.
  • Shipping, Receiving, and Transfers: Receive and verify materials, stock received materials and notify applicable parties of upcoming job-specific materials, record stock via inventory software and CRM, follow SOPs for the proper shipping, receiving, and tracking of RMA items for service department, and coordinate inter-shop transfers between ReVision Energy branches.
  • Job Preparation and Support: Work with the Operations and Procurement team to ensure installations start with all necessary components and required support, ensure materials are prepared and box trucks are loaded in the evening for morning departure, and coordinate logistics for deliveries to job sites.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the general building maintenance, work directly with the Director of Facilities and other stakeholders to optimize office and warehouse space utilization, maintain grounds, ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained, implement sustainability initiatives, and support Director of Facilities in developing and managing budgets related to office operations and maintenance.
  • Team Management: Ensure training is completed for all new warehouse employees as well as any ongoing training requirements, conduct annual reviews of facility/warehouse employees, and manage schedules of facility employees to ensure coverage from 6:30 AM-7 PM Monday - Friday.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field desired.
  • 5 years of related experience, including team management, required.
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills.
  • Ability to work self-guided in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with Excel and other commonly used software, including internet and email.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and 100% solution-oriented.
