Job Title: General Office Bookkeeper

Job Summary:
Power Townsend Co is seeking a highly skilled General Office Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• Process daily bank deposits and reconcile bank statements
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory control and data entry
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
• 10-key and typing skills
• Computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree or higher preferred
