Job Description:

We are seeking an Environmental Compliance Manager and Site Inspector to support our Helena, Montana office at multiple facilities and clients throughout Montana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management and compliance program development
  • Environmental permitting and compliance reporting
  • Facility assessments and implementation of best management practices
  • Leading project efforts and completing compliance tasks
  • Inspecting and sampling stormwater discharges, aboveground storage tanks, and regulated industrial areas
  • Assisting with waste management and disposal
  • Traveling for field work or working at client sites
  • Collaborating with facility personnel to gather information for plan updates and corrective actions
  • Preparing environmental compliance reports and plans

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in environmental science or related field
  • 4-10 years of professional experience
  • Experience with Federal and Montana environmental regulatory requirements
  • Experience conducting environmental compliance inspections, sampling, and audits
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in an office, remote field, and industrial environment
