Document Processing Specialist

The State of Montana is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Processing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Health & Community Services Division, you will play a critical role in processing and scanning documents to support staff handling eligibility for various programs.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare documents for scanning, copying, or emailing
- Operate copying and scanning equipment, as well as general office equipment
- Provide effective and professional customer service
- Meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced team environment
- Maintain confidentiality and keep documents secured
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of general experience preparing documents or working in an office environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
