Job Summary

The State of Montana is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Processing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Health & Community Services Division, you will play a critical role in processing and scanning documents to support staff handling eligibility for various programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare documents for scanning, copying, or emailing
  • Operate copying and scanning equipment, as well as general office equipment
  • Provide effective and professional customer service
  • Meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Maintain confidentiality and keep documents secured
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One year of general experience preparing documents or working in an office environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
