Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled LPN Care Specialist to join our team. As a LPN Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
  • Current BLS card and successful completion of screening tests for the clinical specialty area(s) in which the LPN practices
