Role Description:
As a vital member of our Nonprofit Solution Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and securing new Nonprofit clients. The Core Solution Consultant serves as the primary technical authority for clients, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and executive leadership. This position requires a hands-on technical consultant capable of delivering comprehensive solutions and effectively positioning them during sales processes. You will cultivate trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders by leveraging your expertise in the Nonprofit sector and your extensive technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical and domain expert to support product sales within the Nonprofit industry.
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
- Lead strategic initiatives in key accounts, including customer journey sessions to define roadmaps and outcomes.
- Participate in marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to enhance team efficiency and quality.
- Provide insights to product management regarding enhancements that could better meet customer needs.
- Stay informed on competitive analysis and market positioning.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering within the Enterprise Software domain, specifically in the Nonprofit sector.
- Demonstrated experience in selling to the Nonprofit industry.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
- A combination of energy, drive, compassion, and an engaging personality, paired with humility.
- Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Strong territory management skills, including pipeline development and collaboration with Sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
