As a key member of our Private Non-Profit management liability team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of management liability (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, K&R) and a proven track record of selling products to clients in the private non-profit space. You'll be responsible for overseeing a range of programs and processes, handling complex underwriting, and building effective relationships with brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of achieving goals and outcomes in the Private Non-Profit management liability team
  • Oversee a range of programs and processes, including underwriting and risk management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Play a key role in new business development, including attending broker events and building new relationships across the market
  • Mentor and develop colleagues through effective leadership, role modeling, and training programs
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Underwriter who can bring a deep understanding of management liability and a proven track record of success in the private non-profit space. You'll need to have:

  • Proven underwriting experience in management liability (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, K&R)
  • Deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of financial statements
  • Proven people management skills and a record of developing more junior colleagues
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
