Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft comprehensive product strategies that align with major initiatives, new locations, and special events.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of product requirements, customer demographics, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Location Strategy teams to facilitate quarterly planning sessions and review meetings with Product Development.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Site-specific Commercial and Marketing teams to leverage site initiatives and enhance merchandise commercialization.
  • Engage with Corporate Alliances and Operating Participants to maximize the value of our offerings.
  • Work alongside the Franchise team to devise strategies that support key franchise and alliance objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of performance metrics and trends to refine business strategies and inform future planning.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication throughout the product development process.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Merchandise or a related analytical field.
  • Proven experience in Merchandising/Planning within a vertical specialty retail context.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse partners across commercial, marketing, planning, buying, and visual merchandising functions.
  • Strong track record in managing revenue generation while upholding brand standards.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on executing financial objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a varied audience, including external partners and stakeholders.
  • Capacity to cultivate partnerships across different functions and departments.
  • Strong communication and analytical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and introduce fresh insights to the business.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, or a related field.

Compensation:
Pay Rate Range: $42.00-$52.00/hr based on experience. The offered pay range will consider various factors, including education, work experience, job responsibilities, and certifications.
