Life Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers to sell our life insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and promote the value of our life insurance products to prospective customers.
- Develop and foster relationships with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
- Meet and exceed targets for new customer acquisition.
- Track progress and results, recording and documenting prospect interactions and goal attainment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and our market opportunity.
Requirements:
- Some sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to obtain a state license if selected for the position.
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
- Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
- Hard work, good work ethic, and self-driven.
- Be Coachable.
- Able to organize and manage a consistent schedule and timeline.
- Able to work remotely.
- Pursuit of personal growth through virtual training, self-improvement, and online trainings.
