Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests.
  • Engage in regular communication with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Set up and maintain an appealing breakfast bar that is organized, clean, and well-stocked.
  • Conduct daily inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Ensure coffee, juice, and milk machines are fully stocked.
  • Arrange cold food items such as pastries, muffins, and cereals for self-service.
  • Prepare serving dishes, utensils, cups, and other necessary items.
  • Clear used dishes and utensils from tables promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables and removing trash.
  • Restock self-service food and supplies as required.
  • Return reusable food items to storage areas.
  • Address and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Break down the breakfast area after service.
  • Sanitize counters, floors, and common areas according to specified standards.
  • Wear a name tag and uniform, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
  • Adhere to all franchise standards and guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Understanding of sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to handle guest feedback effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent lifting of 10-20 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Ability to walk between kitchen and breakfast area consistently.
  • Occasional bending and stooping.
  • Capability to push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to lift 30 lbs. overhead.
