Role SummaryWe're looking for a Senior Associate to join our Capital One Velocity Black Recruiting Team. Velocity Black, a Capital One company, harnesses the power of artificial intelligence, the warmth of human experts, and the convenience of the latest interfaces to help high-performance individuals actualize their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One's talent brand, screening candidates, advising hiring managers, and negotiating job offers.
