About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our premium hospitality team. As a General Manager of Premium, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our team members uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain positive guest relationships through regular feedback and execution of show-quality standards
  • Train and convey brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge
  • Promote a positive work environment through hiring, team member engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels
  • Maintain state, federal, and business compliance, including responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Engage in financial goals with support from the General Manager
  • Employ good safety and sanitation practices
  • Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies
  • Execute required daily reporting in a timely manner
  • Execute inventory controls
  • Ensure team members adhere to Levy guidelines
  • Execute all menu requirements and fulfill guest-specific service requests
  • Ensure function setups and breakdowns are executed correctly and efficiently
  • Hold team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service
  • Ensure team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members
  • Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings to ensure open communication between management and team members
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Physical Demands

Frequent standing and walking, some sedentary work, frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent ascending/descending stairs.
