Nursing Position Overview
">This position requires no dialysis experience, but training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic. You will be expected to float to various clinics during and after your training. A flexible schedule is required, as you will need to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role is ideal for those who can build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
Salary and Benefits
">The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out, support for family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access to Headspace, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave, pet insurance, and more. Paid training is also included in the package.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
">- A minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing is required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Experience in ICU, Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings may be beneficial but is not required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is not necessary but may be advantageous.
