Medical Care Specialist

In this role as a Medical Care Specialist at Baptist Health Care, you will play a vital part in delivering top-notch patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality medical attention and education to patients based on their specific needs. This position requires exceptional nursing skills, excellent communication, and a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose patient needs to deliver quality care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse license with State of Florida or eligible compact state.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association.
- National Institutes Of Health Stroke Scale (NIH) certification.
