Nurse Care Specialist

Salary
$12 per hour for full-time night shifts, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
Job Description
This role involves providing one-to-one care to pediatric patients in their homes, requiring compassion, patience, and strong communication skills. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Unencumbered license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state where care is provided
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational abilities
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray
