Position Overview

The Operations Management Trainee will assist in overseeing shop management functions and contribute to cost efficiency, customer loyalty, and performance-driven initiatives. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift Hours: 2nd shift, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Compensation: Paid Weekly

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationship activities by ensuring quality interactions, proactive management, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the rental department to maximize utilization while maintaining service for lease customers.
  • Work alongside Sales personnel on customer engagements to drive new business and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee operational costs and maintenance expenses, ensuring adherence to policies and processes to optimize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate scheduling of preventive maintenance, follow-ups on breakdowns, and updates on vehicle status; manage Technician work planning for efficiency and training.

Additional Duties

  • Relocation within the business unit at the conclusion of the training program is expected.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Preferred: One (1) year or more of customer service experience with a focus on issue resolution.

Compensation Overview:

The compensation offered to candidates may vary based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, work location, market data, and internal equity.

Pay Type: Salaried

Salary Range: $58,000 - $60,000

This position may also qualify for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the role and performance.
