Position Overview
The Operations Management Trainee will assist in overseeing shop management functions and contribute to cost efficiency, customer loyalty, and performance-driven initiatives. This role necessitates collaboration across various departments including Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management. The program is dynamic and encompasses all facets of the business unit. In this position, you will gain valuable industry insights, skills, and resources to enhance your expertise in operations and fleet maintenance. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift Hours: 2nd shift, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationship activities by ensuring quality interactions, proactive management, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the rental department to maximize utilization while maintaining service for lease customers.
- Work alongside Sales personnel on customer engagements to drive new business and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee operational costs and maintenance expenses, ensuring adherence to policies and processes to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate scheduling of preventive maintenance, follow-ups on breakdowns, and updates on vehicle status; manage Technician work planning for efficiency and training.
Additional Duties
- Relocation within the business unit at the conclusion of the training program is expected.
- Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Preferred: One (1) year or more of customer service experience with a focus on issue resolution.

Compensation Overview:
The compensation offered to candidates may vary based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, work location, market data, and internal equity.
Pay Type: Salaried
Salary Range: $58,000 - $60,000
This position may also qualify for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the role and performance.
