The Senior Escrow Officer/Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or more branches where escrow transactions are conducted. This role serves as a neutral intermediary between buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, managing funds and ensuring the smooth processing of these transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the operations of assigned branch(es), ensuring compliance with established practices and effective training of staff.
- Prepare reports and conduct audits to assess operational efficiency.
- Implement and manage processes and policies to enhance service delivery.
- Supervise a team of escrow professionals and support staff, providing guidance and resolving escalated issues.
- Align branch objectives with overall business goals, monitoring performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in escrow operations with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with company systems and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
