Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate:

  • Authenticate sensitive customer information and assess potential clients for wireless services.
  • Accurately maintain and update customer records in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and actively engage with customer inquiries to identify the most suitable service packages.
  • Interact directly with consumers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner at all times.
  • Participate in events and collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales objectives.
  • Work alongside Enrollment Specialists, Sales Managers, and Marketing personnel to devise innovative strategies for enhancing customer acquisition.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and benefits available to prospective members.
Qualifications for the Role:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in roles such as Enrollment Specialist, Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, or related fields.
  • Genuine passion for community engagement and making a positive impact.
  • Team-oriented with the capability to solve problems independently.
  • Motivated to advance one's career and contribute meaningfully.
