Key Responsibilities:
- Phone and Email Support: Answer and respond to phone calls and emails in a clear, concise, and professional manner, ensuring that callers find their resolution.
- Call Routing and Transfers: Analyze calls to determine the best course of action and transfer calls to the appropriate department or team member.
- Mail and Package Management: Sort, organize, and deliver USPS mail and packages to the correct departments or individuals.
- Supply Management: Stock and maintain printer station supplies, including paper, folders, and office stationery, and advise management when supplies are running low.
- Guest Services: Greet visitors in a positive and welcoming manner, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Log Maintenance: Track and maintain contact logs, including incoming packages and notifications to recipients.
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends and best practices through regular research and professional development, and develop and maintain relevant skills.
