Position Overview:

The Order to Cash / Intercompany (O2C-ICO) System Engineer is integral in crafting technical solutions and configuring SAP alongside integrated systems. This role collaborates with business stakeholders to influence processes, tools, and operational models within the O2C-ICO domain. The main objectives include identifying business requirements, delivering impactful solutions, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service to achieve targeted business results. This position plays a vital role within the ERP Services division of Global Services IT, significantly enhancing the capabilities of our S/4 HANA solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, enhancements, and projects, including the configuration of SAP solutions.
  • Develop expertise in SAP and O2C-ICO business processes.
  • Innovate the application of SAP technologies to improve user experiences.
  • Promote SAP and other global solutions at various organizational levels to establish standards and expectations.
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and local business partners to understand their needs and represent them within the SAP framework.
  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements, create business cases, and implement system solutions.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing between IT and business partners.
  • Encourage process enhancements and innovation for optimizing business processes.
  • Engage with partner organizations to effectively manage incidents, system changes, and projects.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure successful delivery of services, enhancements, and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP finance modules and functionalities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a regulated industry, such as GMP, with a focus on delivering within that environment.
  • Familiarity with S/4 HANA modules and functionalities.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and in detail.
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated technical learning agility.

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid work schedule.
  • Full-time day shift role, with occasional off-hours and weekend work required.
  • Regional and international travel may be necessary to engage with business partners.
