Treasury fx (foreign exchange) back-office lead:

Lead execution for fx front-office trade matching and settlement activitiesRobust solid understanding of FX All, Quantum, bank portals and related trading platform interfacing applicationsFX All Lilly banking master data ownerStrong understanding and relationship with front-office trading teamPartner with front-office to thoroughly design, test and implement new fx trade types, currencies etc. end-to-endCounterparty/bank facing Lilly lead for all fx trade settlements, issues, and processesAbility to settle cross-counterparty trades, spot trades, forward trades, and optionsOwner of all fx back-office documentationResponsibility to train fx back-office second chair positionNorth American cash operations, second chair:Robust coverage of North American daily cash/working capital managementReconciliation/deal matching, application, wires, commercial paper, money-market investment/redemptions, IR and CC swaps, ICO and third-party debt settlements/issuances, cash flow hedges, share repurchase and other Treasury-specific/unique instrumentsNet investment hedging monthly closing/settlement/documentation support (JPM/front-office trades)Backup for business development settlementsMonthly coverage/closing processes backupJPM Access banking portal power userVarious North American Treasury operational monthly accounting/reconciliation closing activities:Quantum closing for certain entities, including interface with SAPVarious monthly closing controls and reconciliationsQuantum and SAP closing JV processingBlackline account reconciliations for various Treasury accounts and entitiesStrong operational accounting and troubleshooting skillsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree OR high school degree with five years of experience in TreasuryQualified applicants must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
