Position Summary

The ERP Services division plays a crucial role in advancing enterprise-level solutions that drive the operational success of Eli Lilly. The SAP Quality Management Specialist will engage closely with our Quality business partners, shaping business processes, tools, and operational frameworks within the SAP ecosystem. This role necessitates collaboration across various teams and business functions, leveraging technology and data to redefine the future of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and engage in daily operations, enhancements, and project initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evaluating technical alternatives.
  • Collaborate with global and local business partners to gain insights into their priorities and represent their needs within the SAP framework.
  • Work alongside business stakeholders to assess and articulate requirements, driving the development of effective solutions.
  • Identify and facilitate knowledge transfer between IT and business partners to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Champion process improvements to optimize business workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers to ensure seamless delivery of operations, incident management, system enhancements, and project execution.
  • Engage directly with business units to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the operations of the SAP Supply Chain & Manufacturing team.
  • Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and compliant delivery of solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in development, configuration, or support within the SAP Quality Management Module.

Additional Information:
  • This position may require occasional travel.
  • Work arrangements may include a hybrid schedule with some off-hours and weekend commitments.
