Clinical Research Coordinator II

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Research Coordinator II to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our investigators and research staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage clinical research studies, including project planning, resource allocation, and protocol compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investigators, research staff, and sponsors to ensure successful study execution.
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection, documentation, and reporting, including resolution of queries from sponsors or regulatory entities.
- Coordinate institutional, pharmaceutical, and internal audits, including facilitating third-party study monitoring and designing corrective actions.
- Compile and report on study information, including accrual data, workload, and other research metrics.
- Provide technical support for grant proposals, publications, presentations, and special projects.
- Assist with research project budget development, including identifying routine care vs. research-related care and providing assistance with research participant billing and reconciliation.
- Associate Degree/College Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3 years of clinical research coordination or related experience required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA Healthcare Provider Type Only required.
- Certification in Clinical Research (SoCRA or ACRP) preferred.
Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination.
