Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our production facilities at the lowest life cycle cost. The successful candidate will work closely with our regional reliability team to achieve strategic reliability goals and will be responsible for the assignment and supervision of work by all reliability specialists in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Assign Work: Schedule and assign work to all reliability center specialists for emergency and outage work, ensuring safe work and optimal work quality and productivity.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise, in consultation with engineering resources as needed, to ensure optimal execution of outage planning process and to drive resolution of highest impact issues with a strong sense of urgency and integrity.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor reliability specialists to ensure optimal EAM utilization, data integrity, and cost capture.
  • Outage Planning: Ensure optimal execution of outage planning process, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of PM, PdM, Project, and CM activities.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Champion proactive maintenance and PM/PdM programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Engineering with 5 years of industrial reliability/maintenance experience or minimum 10 years of industrial reliability/maintenance experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience of industrial reliability/maintenance personnel.
  • Skills: Proven experience with compressors, turbines, high-speed rotating equipment, motors, electrical distribution systems, and sub-stations. Proven knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance of industrial systems and equipment. Excellent communication and team interaction skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
  • Experience: Proven understanding of regulatory and industrial standards and codes. Proven experience in CMMS systems such as Infor EAM.
