Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at NXT Property Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, including groundskeeping, repairs, and general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all areas of the property, including grounds, common spaces, and resident homes
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • General computer knowledge and ability to use maintenance software
