Morgan Asphalt is seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery and equipment on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy machinery and equipment, such as excavators, dozers, and loaders, to transport materials and perform construction tasks.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth site operations.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience operating heavy machinery and equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) if required.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
