Job Summary:

MCS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in the floor care of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in floor care
  • Follow company mission statement and values
  • Maintain a high standard of excellence
  • Develop a passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends

Physical Demands:

  • Lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Bending, stooping, sitting, walking, climbing stairs/ladders (dependent upon site)
  • Standing, talking, hearing, reaching, and using hands to finger, handle, grasp, or feel
