  • Maintain and reconcile bank accounts
  • Project and report on cash flow
  • Conduct trend analysis and generate metric reports
  • Perform journal entry accounting
  • Ensure stewardship over financial records
  • Assist with the month-end closing process

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-4 years of pertinent experience
  • Familiarity with ERP accounting systems and online cash management software
  • Knowledge of EPICOR is advantageous
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SharePoint is a plus
