Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Waste Management Specialist to join our team at Chipton Ross Inc. This is a full-time, second shift position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate semi-automated and manual filling equipment
  • Operate industrial equipment, including fork trucks and pallet jacks
  • Complete manufacturing documentation under ISO9001 guidelines
  • Assist the department with staging raw materials, cleaning laboratory hardware, and supporting the team as needed

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including a full-face respirator
  • Basic knowledge of the metric system
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Constantly stand/walk
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Education:

  • Accredited High School Diploma or GED

Work Hours:

  • Full-Time; Second shift
