Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our revenue cycle processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze charge capture activities to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Develop and implement recommendations to improve revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hospital billing systems and third-party billing requirements.
  • CPC-H, CPC, or equivalent coding certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SQL and Tableau.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
