Job Title: Business and Technology Adjunct

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced adjunct faculty member to teach Business and Technology courses at Olympic College. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business education and the ability to teach in a variety of formats, including face-to-face, hybrid, hyflex, or online.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Business and Technology courses, including Accounting Technology, Business Correspondence, Business English, and MS Office Suite Technology.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse student populations.
  • Use technology, such as CANVAS, to support instruction and facilitate student success.
  • Maintain accurate and complete course and student records.
  • Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business education, computer applications, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Successful teaching or professional experience.
  • Proficient with technology necessary to teach online or partially online courses.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Three years of successful college teaching experience.
  • Competency-based curriculum development experience.

  • A competitive salary range of $5,000 - $6,000 per 5 credit hours.
