Manufacturing Specialist

Ukrop's Homestyle Foods is seeking dedicated Manufacturing Specialists for our production team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our Bakery. Candidates will be expected to work during the night shift, with potential for additional hours during busy periods.
Role Summary:- This is an entry-level position that involves fundamental tasks within the production environment.
- Responsibilities include sanitation, preparation, baking, assembly, packaging, and distribution of products.
- Flexibility in scheduling and effective communication with colleagues are essential.
- Prepare, sort, and organize items for baking or packaging.
- Utilize machinery for production and cleaning tasks.
- Ensure a tidy workspace and promptly report any concerns to management.
- Adhere to food safety protocols and contribute to safety initiatives.
- Must be able to comprehend and execute instructions, perform basic calculations, and lift weights up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks is necessary.
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience in food production or manufacturing is advantageous.
