Role Summary:
The Implementation Project Specialist will provide essential support for Visa Endpoint clients, primarily financial institutions and processors within the North American region. This role is crucial in ensuring that client expectations are consistently met or surpassed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver implementation project assistance to Visa Endpoint clients, ensuring seamless operational transitions.
  • Engage directly with clients to comprehend their program setup needs, facilitating new installations, conversions, and maintenance requests effectively.
  • Oversee various project initiatives related to Visa's DPS platform Endpoint connections, employing best practices in project management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external project resources to guarantee that deliverables and commitments are fulfilled.
  • Work alongside Visa's technology and product teams to grasp new business initiatives and their implications for existing and new client programs.
  • Manage complex processing and change requests linked to both tactical and strategic client initiatives.
  • Take ownership of workflow assignments, demonstrating initiative in problem resolution and deadline adherence.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for process enhancements that lead to increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster and strengthen positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs, aligning with Visa's DPS processes.
  • Handle internal and external project communications, ensuring regular updates are provided to relevant parties.
  • Report on project achievements and deliverables to management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in training initiatives for internal and cross-functional teams as necessary.

Work Environment:
This position requires flexibility, including occasional late evenings and weekends to support client and company configuration changes and related post-production validation.

Hybrid Work Model:
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, allowing for a blend of remote and office work. Employees are expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week, based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree.
  • Preferred: 3 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or over 2 years with an Advanced Degree.
  • Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with experience in a business analyst role within software or financial services.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly in banking systems or new technologies applicable to the payment industry.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence clients and staff at all levels, managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical issues and apply business solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving results as part of a team, capable of prioritizing and multitasking under pressure.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical terms into understandable business language.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to apply technical information to business solutions.

Additional Information:
