Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at PeopleShare Inc. in Forest Park, IL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales tools
