Internship Overview

The intern will gain exposure to the loan sales and origination process through cross-functional collaboration with various departments, including underwriting, lending, appraisal, loan operations, accounting, and others. By the end of the program, the intern will understand the key functions and processes required to make sound credit decisions that result in an exceptional customer experience while managing risk to the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in a tailored credit training program
  • Complete various tasks relevant to loan origination and servicing as assigned by the intern coach(s)
  • Complete an assigned project to be presented in person at the conclusion of the internship
  • Engage with staff and customers in a positive and professional manner
Requirements
  • Pursuing a four-year degree or enrolled in a graduate program with a major emphasis in agriculture, data/analytics, technology, finance, business administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel and work in an office or outdoor setting
Compensation

$20 per hour
